Learning Arabic Reading Skills Based on E-Learning Using SIKULI during the Covid-19 Pandemic

Abstract
 This paper explores the steps for learning Arabic reading skills based on e-Learning using SIKULI and advantages disadvantages of e-Learning. The approach is a descriptive qualitative with three data collection techniques, namely: (1) observation, (2) interviews, (3) documentation. results showed that there were taken by lecturers in implementing e-Learning-based SIKULI, pre-learning, implementation learning, evaluation learning. Researchers also found several assisting internal quality assurance system (SPMI) through monitoring evaluation, practical flexible, providing supporting features menus. However, besides having various advantages, as an has just been built used, not free from multiple shortcomings, frequently interrupted system, no notifications, poor internet network. Nevertheless, this sytudy are hoped to provide insight alternative solutions carrying out online during Covid-19 pandemic.
